Hope

As I stroll by the coast every evening,

I see a ray of hope.

As I stand amidst strong winds,

I pledge to never give up.

As I see the sun set,

I pray with a sincere heart.

As I see at dusk, flock of birds returning home,

I envision my abode of happiness.

As I see a bird string its nest,

I feel the strength to persevere.

As I feel the breeze on my face,

I strike a conversation with the universe.

As I see the stars emerge,

I see light in a dark sky.

As I pour out to the Almighty,

I see direction to forge ahead.

As the water droplets splash on me,

I feel the heavenly embrace.

As I return back home,

I feel refresh, rejuvenated and serene.
